Farnfields Solicitors have an excellent opportunity for a Practice & HR Administrator to join our busy Administration Department and to support our offices in North Dorset and Warminster.

What is the role?

The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the Practice Director and the HR Manager.  You will have a varied workload, including responsibilities such as: diary management, supporting with recruitment administration and employee on-boarding, preparing documentation, record maintenance, general Practice and HR administrative support, note taking and assigned project work.  The work requires a high level of accuracy and confidentiality is key as you will be dealing with confidential data.

This is a great role for someone with experience of working in a professional office with a desire to provide first class administrative support.

Who you are?

You will be a team player with strong administration, IT and numeracy skills; coupled with good attention to detail, and will have a friendly, professional and proactive approach.

You will also be adept at working in a busy team, with regular multi-tasking and working to deadlines with good interpersonal skills.
