Football team proudly show off their new kit
Tired of relying on hand-me-down kit from the older players, the Gillingham Town Youth Football Club Under 11’s contacted Farnfields Solicitors for some much needed support.
The Gillingham Town Youth Football Club, which is run entirely by volunteer coaches plus a committee, provides a vital structured, fun environment to play both competitive and non-competitive football. With teams currently run for under 8’s to under 16’s, boys and girls can play in mixed teams from their ground at Kington Magna Sports Ground just outside Gillingham.
Farnfields was naturally delighted to support this fantastic local group and contributed to the provision of new football shirts for the 15 boys and girls registered in the team. Now the team have their new outfits they are delighted. Every weekend the energetic youngsters play matches in the Dorset Mini-Soccer League with fixtures taking place across the county from Shaftesbury to Weymouth. Sarah Jones, Partner at Farnfields Solicitors said, “We were very pleased to be able to help with the new kit. We understand the benefits of exercise and team sport for children and we wish them the very best of luck for the new season!”
