Helen joined Farnfields in 2017 and is the Human Resources Manager in the Administration Department. Originally from South Dorset; Helen left the County to spend the first part of her career serving in the Armed Forces. After studying with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), Helen completed just over 14 years working in Human Resources positions within the private sector; with the latter 7 years spent in a Head of HR role for a National Pensions Company within the Financial Services arena.
Helen’s interests include a variety of things; from playing sport, fitness and hiking, to watching Bath Rugby play (but not always enjoying the result!), cooking, theatre, live music and travel.
