High Value/Contested Debts
If the debt is disputed by the debtor, or it later becomes disputed during the course of our Fixed Fee Debt Recovery Service, we have a team of experienced solicitors who can assist you in recovering the debt owed. If the debt is over the value of £10,000.00 in respect of a single unpaid invoice/bill, then we can assist you on an hourly rate basis to recover the debt owing.
We will work with you in communicating with the other party in order to attempt to reach a settlement of the case. We will liaise with you every step of the way and will keep you updated on costs throughout. We will look to resolve your dispute in an amicable way, as we appreciate that the debtor may well be a client again in the future!
