Two new faces at Farnfields in Warminster
Two new faces have joined the team at Farnfields Solicitors in Warminster. Lucy Milton-Downes, Partner and Jordan Griffiths, Paralegal have moved to the Warminster office. They provide litigation and debt recovery services to individuals and businesses.
Lucy joined the firm in 2014, becoming a Partner in 2017. Jordan joined the firm in 2016. Lucy specialises in most aspects of civil litigation, with a particular focus on property litigation, contentious probate and contentious employment matters.
Jordan deals primarily with the recovery of debt from businesses and individuals including taking pre-action steps to recover the debt by sending a letter of claim to a debtor, preparing and issuing a claim against a debtor and taking enforcement action against a debtor, where judgment is obtained.
Lucy Milton Downes, Partner said, “Litigation has become an increasingly important part of the service offering by Farnfields. Working closely with the team here in Warminster and across our other offices, we aim to support local businesses and individuals with their legal requirements which include ensuring that they receive what is rightfully theirs.”

Ellen carried out her training contract with Farnfields Solicitors, gaining valuable experience in three specialist areas of law which included commercial and agricultural , residential property and family. Ellen has chosen to remain in commercial and agricultural and will be based primarily at Farnfields’ office in Shaftesbury. Ellen says, “It has been a very long
